The focus is on matching routes to your location, protocol, and data needs—not judging suitability by a single speed figure.
Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Start by checking the region where your target service is available, then verify compatibility with your client’s supported protocols and your usual usage times. A route name does not guarantee a particular result: streaming catalogs and AI tool availability depend on each platform’s policies and your account status. VPNRole makes no unconditional guarantees about access.
If you have connection issues, check your subscription status, client settings, and exit region, then try another route. For help, submit a support ticket through the user panel with your operating system, client, route, and error message. Do not include your password, full subscription link, or browsing activity. Privacy and Data Collection
VPNRole follows a no-logs policy and limits data collection to what is needed for account management, billing, and support. No email address is required to create an account—just a username and password. When submitting diagnostic details, share only what is needed to identify the issue. A no-logs policy does not eliminate the need to manage accounts and orders; see the Privacy Policy for details.
